Steph Mayfield won F40 Gold in the Pole Vault

John Harris won M50 Silver in the 800 metres & M50 Silver in the 400 metres

Sharon Crowley won F55 Gold in the 2km walk.

Spartans in the Middle

In the last event of a midweek 5 race series, a 10km in Welwyn Garden City, the Spartans team finished 8th of 15 teams. This meant 7 teams in front and 7 teams behind. Rather typical that the club sits right on the cusp, getting promoted one year, and relegated the next. This was the relegation year!
