Everyone at Garden House extends a HUGE thank you to the club for their contribution towards this event on held on Sunday 9 June. Despite the chilly weather there was a fantastic atmosphere and the participants who pledged £6,000 in sponsorship were full of praise for the way in which the race had been organised. Special thanks are due to Jo Cahill and Viv Honey for stepping up to the challenge and to all of the members who gave up their time to set up and act as marshals. The money raised will make a significant contribution towards the £1.5million that we need to raise this year to keep the doors of the hospice open.
