Over the weekend (14th/15th April) our Assistant Head Coach, Charlie Paterson, put the finishing touches to the Coach in Running and Fitness (CiRF) course by passing through the assessment phase. This now means that Charlie is CiRF qualified and a ‘fully fledged’ coach within the coaching team. The course is particularly demanding, requiring a commitment to attend workshops over two weekends as well as building up a comprehensive coaching diary with training plans and relective notes. The course is completed with a written test and practical assessment. Congratulations to Charlie!
