The Starter Group is for anybody who wants to begin running, who wants to learn how to start. We take the complete beginner and build up to approximately 5km distance over several weeks. The sessions are informal and fun, participants can do as much or as little as they wish, through a combination of running and walking. There is always a minimum of two coaches or experienced runners present at each session to provide advice and encouragement.
