DESCRIPTION:<p>Hi\,</p>\n<p>This Sunday there are three runs on offer!Â  Th
 ese are going to use a mixture of trails\, paths and road with a firm eye 
 on the upcoming Fairlands Valley Challenge! These are good training runs f
 or those of you who are going to run any of the routes at the Challenge on
  15th July.</p>\n<p>Firstly\, an early start for a 6 mile largely off road
  run from Watton at Stone to Stapleford and back. This follows part of the
  Challenge marathon route.</p>\n<p>You will need to meet at Watton at Ston
 eÂ ready for an 8am start!</p>\n<p>This group will then return to Lammas R
 oad\, Watton for the main run\, starting at 9:15am.Â  This will cover a ro
 ute of just over 12 miles following the section of the Challenge Ultra cou
 rse along the back of Bennington\, Clay End\, Walkern and then returning a
 long the River Beane and Aston back to Watton. This is a mixture of trails
 \, pathways and road.</p>\n<p>If you plan to car share across to Watton at
  Stone I would recommend that you use the main car park in Fairlands Valle
 y (the one off Six Hills Way).Â  You will need to meet at 7:30am to get to
  Watton ready for 8am or meet at 8:45am ready to get to Watton for a 9:15a
 m start.</p>\n<p>I have attached the mapometer routes for each of the circ

 long run pace between 8 min/mile and 10 min/mile.Â  However\, these runs h
 ave a large off road element to them so pacing may be a little slower.Â  T
 he run will be as continuous as possible with re-groupng so that the group
  stay together.Â  Quicker runners within the gorup may get a few extra mil
 es as a result.</p>
